Day 2

Top 3: best analog  camera

Canon a1

This camera was released in 1978 and is one of the first having the digital screen located in the viewfinder. This box allows the use of five different auto exposure modes: priority speed, aperture priority, auto mode, flash mode and closed iris mode. Options that are rare among other competitors. The field of view of the A1 is very wide ranging from 6 to 12800 ISO. It snaps very easily and holding in hand is very nice. The development is done manually but is very easy to use.

One of my first cameras that is a mix between today's modern camera thanks to its automatic options and a camera of the time with its aesthetic that remains vintage.

It is a camera whose price is very reasonable compared to its quality. I managed to have it for 150 euros 50mm lens included.

The price on the market can vary between 50 and 150 euros.

Canon prima 5

This camera is a point and shoot. That is to say  you have absolutely no settings to do other than the automatic output or not the flash. A small 38mm lens comes out automatically and you're done all you have to do is press the shutter button to take your picture.

Certainly aesthetics is not one of the most noticeable points of this camera. But the rendering is of good quality, the fact that the flash is integrated is a plus.

The grip is nice, it still feels like having a small antiquity in the hands.

This is one of the point and shoot that I prefer, it is easy to carry, it can easily slip into his bag without being cluttered.

Moreover it is very profitable, only about fifty euros on the internet.

Leica III

The Leica III is a little treasure inherit from my grandfather who does not fit in the category "profitable" but if you like the very old camera it will be perfect.

This camera is totally manual. It will be essential to make all the necessary settings to have the best quality. It will therefore be mainly interesting for advanced people in photography.

The focus is a little complicated to do but it is a hand to take!

The aesthetics is beautiful, it looks like it comes straight from a museum.

It is possible to buy it online but the price varies depending on the general condition of the camera. Minimum price 250 euros approx.

The only pictures I could take with are double exposure tests. The result does not reflect a simple film.
